SPRINGER®Umami 2020/0MGL (US) is a yeast extract obtained from a selected baker's yeast strain. The product is dried using a microgranulation process that leads to the formation of a slightly granular powder. This free-flowing microgranulated powder form minimizes dust formation and increases the solubilization properties. This is naturally rich in nucleotides which provide natural flavor enhancement properties and improve the taste sensation of food.
