ORAFTI® ST is a food ingredient consisting mainly of inulin derived from chicory. This product is a standard form of chicory inulin. Inulin consists of oligo- and polysaccharides composed of fructose units. Almost every fructose chain is terminated by a glucose unit. It has a fine, white to slightly yellow powder appearance.
