BUTTEROIL is also known as clarified butter, is the clarified fat portion of fresh whole milk, cream, or butter. The product is obtained through the pasteurization and the removal of the non-fat constituent portion of the starting raw material. This product is produced and packaged using modern processing and packaging techniques. Butter oil is produced to meet legal and self-imposed specifications. Applications for this product include frozen desserts, bakery products, confectionery products, puddings, syrups, and any other formulations or processes requiring milk fat in a purified form.

    • To maintain optimum flavour and quality of product, transport and store in a cool (1 to 4°C), clean, dry environment.
    • Product should not be exposed to direct sunlight, strong odours or open air for extended periods of time.
    • Frequent rotation of stock is recommended for freshness of flavour and product- Shelf life under recommended storage conditions: 180 days when refrigerated at 1 to 4°C, 365 days when frozen at -17°C maximum.
