LIGHT-S CANDELILLA REAL®7806 is candelilla wax subjected to a filtering and bleaching process, presented in powder form with an average particle size distribution such that a minimum of 45% passes through 60 mesh. It is highly recognized for its high hardness and resistance to wear and tear, similar to carnauba wax, but it outperforms carnauba wax in imparting a moisture barrier due to its high hydrocarbon content.

    Candelilla REAL® is a high purity wax made from the wild Candelilla plant (Euphorbia Cerifera). Its chemical composition is characterized by a high hydrocarbon content (around 50%) and a relatively low amount of volatile esters . Its resin content can be up to 9% by weight, which contributes to its adhesive properties. Candelilla REAL® also has protective, plasticizing properties, high chemical stability, high melting point, impermeability, dielectric properties and gloss.
