PRAYPHOS™ P5-75 FG is a slightly viscous, clear, colorless liquid with no foreign odor. It is relatively non-volatile, stable at elevated temperatures, and milder in acidity compared to sulfuric, nitric, or hydrochloric acids. It finds applications as an acidulant in soft drinks, cane sugar refining, vegetable oil degumming, pet food, yeast nutrients, fermentation processes, enzyme production, and penicillin production.
