    The DELVO® ADD 400-C may not contribute to acidification during the fermentation process, so it is most likely not necessary to adjust the dosage of the acidifying culture when this adjunct is added to the cheese milk.

    **Do not thaw pouches of pellets prior to use**.

    Frozen culture in pouches thaws quickly, minimize exposure time outside of frozen conditions. It is very important that the entire package of pellets is used all at once. Due to varying densities of the pellets, these packages do not contain uniform blends so use of partial packages may result in inconsistent product performance.

    • The product should be stored in the original sealed container.
    • The recommended storage temperature is -45 °C (-49 °F) or below.
    • Kept in the original packaging under the recommended storage condition, the product has an optimal shelf life of 24 months from the date of packaging.
