AGEGUARD™ HP16 is a plant-derived lipid agent consisting of hydroxyproline (a natural amino acid essential for skin collagen synthesis) and palmitic acid (a natural fatty acid). It has a naturally high affinity for skin proteins. This white granular powder has a faint odor. It is insoluble in water, alcohol, and acetone, but miscible in propylene glycol. It helps reduce wrinkles and provides volume, suppleness, and a firmer tone to the skin. In in-vitro studies, it has been found to stimulate the synthesis of collagen fibers and inhibit age-promoting elastase enzymes, thus maintaining the integrity of the skin barrier. It also contains a hydroxyproline vehicle that moisturizes, strengthens, and rejuvenates the skin. Additionally, it is effective for lip plumping.

AGEGUARD™ LP is L-Proline which is an amino acid and makes up about 15% collagen in the body. It is a nutritive agent to skin and hair. It is used in anti-aging and other cosmetic formulas according to its ability to strengthen and renew aging skin cells. It is able to break down protein to help create healthy cells and connective tissues. While used in suntan products, it can shorten the cycle of cuticle regeneration, and promote firmer, glowing skin and reduce sagging, wrinkles of skin due to sun exposure. It will reduce wrinkles production when combined with other amino acids, such as glycine and leucine. It offers flexibility in formulation and serves as a beneficial ingredient in personal care products, contributing to conditioning properties and overall product effectiveness.

BIOESSENCE™ GSH is a Glutathione which is a tripeptide, essentially a small protein, composed of three amino acids: cysteine, glycine, and glutamic acid (or glutamate). Functioning as an antioxidant, glutathione is naturally produced within cells. It exists in two forms: reduced glutathione (GSH or L-glutathione), which is the active form, and oxidized glutathione (GSSG), the inactive state. In the cellular environment, GSH acts as a protector against oxidative "free radicals," but as it does so, it becomes oxidized and inactive, transforming into GSSG. However, the inactive GSSG can be recycled back into the active GSH form. Glutathione levels in the body may diminish due to various factors, including poor nutrition, exposure to environmental toxins, and stress. Additionally, its levels tend to decline with age and increased exposure to stress and toxins.
