XFO-880 is GRAS and may be used in food applications at any level necessary to achieve the desired level of foam control. It is recommended to start with an initial XFO-880 dose rate of 200 ppm to 500 ppm, and adjust the rate as required to control foam levels. XFO-880 is especially effective in many aqueous applications including:
- Vegetable Washing.
- Fruit Washing.
- Edible Soy Protein.
- Jams and Jellies.
- Syrups.
- Beverages.

To ensure product quality, store XFO-880 in sealed containers at temperatures between 40°F and 120°F. XFO-880 will settle upon standing and should be mixed before use. If necessary apply low heat to help reintegrate solids.
