    Do not thaw pouches of pellets prior to use and minimize exposure time outside of the freezer as culture pouches thaw quickly. It is very important that the entire content of the pack is used when dosing to ensure the designed strain ratio and guarantee full culture performance. Sanitize prior opening.

    Dosage: ≥ 2 Unit / 1000 L (≥ 2 Unit / 264 gal)
    Fermentation temperature: 98.6 °F - 109.4 °F (370C-43 °C)

    The curves are obtained in experimental laboratory conditions and are shown for illustration purposes only. Pasteurized milk (4.2% Protein, 1,5% Fat). Inoculation amount 2U/1000 L.
