- Pectin jellies and gelled confectionery with more than 70% SS and wine gums. - The following general guidelines can be given: - Wine gums 1.0-2.0 %
- Gelled confectionery 1.5-2.0 %
 - The optimal dosage for a specific application depends on the pH and soluble solids. - Directions for use - We recommend dissolving GRINDSTED® Pectin CF 120 in water before addition to the final fruit system.
