    • Store in a cool clean dry place at 7°C to16°C in original carton to avoid direct light contact.
    • Keep containers closed. Do not freeze or expose to light.
    Handling Information
    • Pre-mix should be used at room temperature in order to minimize fluctuations in addition rates due to viscosity changes with varying temperatures. Do not shake the vitamin pre-mix container. This will incorporate air, which can cause oxidation, vitamin dissipation and may affect the flow rate accuracy of the metering pump.
    • To avoid vitamin potency loss it is recommended to flush the processing system with hot water so as to eliminate any residual cleaners and quaternary ammonium sanitizer, which could act as a very aggressive pro-oxidant.
