APPLE #1932 LMTEND 3/8X1/4X1/4 is a low-moisture (also called "dehydrated") apple flake, prepared from commercially grown fruit that has been washed, peeled and cored, sorted, trimmed, cut to the desired size, dried to the specified moisture level, and rolled to the desired thickness. The product is inspected throughout the process to assure that it is in compliance with the provisions of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act.
