CILBOND® 48 is a fast-drying, one-component bonding agent designed for use with castable polyurethane elastomers as well as thermoplastic polyurethane elastomers (PUs and TPUs). This product is particularly well-suited for applications involving dynamic conditions where hydrolytic stability is a critical factor, demonstrating no failures in the cement-to-metal bond. This product is formulated with a rapid-drying solvent system, resulting in quick drying times that yield tack-free and non-blocking coatings, making it a reliable choice for various applications.

CILBOND® 12E is a high-performance solvent-based primer specifically designed for use in conjunction with Cilbond Cover-Coat systems. It serves as an effective bonding agent for NR (Natural Rubber), SBR (Styrene Butadiene Rubber), CR (Polychloroprene Rubber) and CSM (Chlorosulfonated Polyethylene Rubber). Additionally, It can be used as a one-component vulcanizing and post-vulcanizing bonding agent for these rubber compounds, making it a versatile choice for various applications.

CYBERBOND™ 6003 is designed to accelerate the curing of apollo cyanoacrylates, particularly in situations where low humidity levels or surface acidity may be present. It is also employed when filet conditions or gap-filling between substrates are required. This product can be applied either before the adhesive to the opposite surface or after to the adhesive joint using methods such as a brush, pump sprayer, or dropper.

CILBOND® 10E is a highly effective bonding agent designed for NBR compounds, regardless of their acrylonitrile content. It stands out as the preferred choice for ACM compounds and exhibits excellent compatibility with HNBR, highly extended NBR, PVC/NBR blends, as well as Vamac G and Vamac D. This bonding agent offers exceptional resistance to ingredient migration from the elastomer, making it ideal for applications where this quality is essential. Moreover, This product resists wiping during the injection molding process and does not lead to fouling, ensuring a reliable and clean manufacturing process.

TECHNOMELT® 8651 is a low-viscosity, high-tack hot melt for case sealing, carton sealing, and tray forming. It was designed to bond difficult-coated surfaces. It exhibits a low odor, superior heat stability, and excellent heat resistance. All ingredients in are approved under Federal Regulation 21 CFR 175.105.

AQUENCE® BG 9138 PRODUCER is a ready-to-use adhesive product with laminating and contact adhesive capabilities. It is compatible with materials like paper, polypropylene (PP), and polyethylene (PE). This product is applied using a wheel and is commonly used for adhering lightly treated polyethylene and polypropylene film to paper or board, particularly for microwave popcorn laminating applications. It has a white color and is available in emulsion and liquid forms.

CYBERBOND™ 2240 is a high-viscosity, rubber-toughened ethyl cyanoacrylate adhesive. It offers exceptional shock and thermal resistance, making it an ideal choice for bonding rubber, metals, and plastics in challenging environments. This adhesive exhibits impressive strength and flexibility when applied to a wide range of substrates.

TECHNOMELT SUPRA® 106M is a very high-quality case/carton sealing and tray-forming hot melt. It features excellent heat stability. It is non-charring and has a low odor. It is designed to be non-blocking as well as easily removable from application equipment should overspray occur.

TECHNOMELT® AS 5613 is a semi-pressure-sensitive hot melt adhesive. This product is known for its extended open time, high tackiness, superb adhesion, heat stability, and ease of trimming. This product comes in a yellow color. It has a mild odor.

AEROGLAZE® 9924 PART A two-component wash primer is designed for priming metal surfaces, particularly nonferrous substrates such as aluminum and galvanized steel.

TECHNOMELT® 212F EASY-PAC is a 100% solid white adhesive with exceptional thermal stability that prevents char formation, reduces maintenance costs, and prolongs equipment lifespan. It offers strong adhesion in cold and freezer conditions and maintains a low odor, enhancing the working environment.

TECHNOMELT® EM 369 is a synthetic polymer hot-melt adhesive. This product is primarily used for labeling tins and PET bottles with plastic labels like PVC or OPP, followed by heat shrinking. It has a yellowish appearance and is supplied in chubs.

TECHNOMELT SUPRA® 100 is a polyolefin-based hotmelt adhesive that appears as white granules. It is primarily used in packaging applications, including wrap-around cases, tray forming, and folding boxes. This high-quality synthetic hotmelt adhesive is known for its excellent processing and bonding properties, delivering very high adhesion performance.

TECHNOMELT® EM 396C is ideal for wrap-around labeling applications on a variety of containers, including PVC, HDPE, PET plastic bottles, glass bottles, and metal cans. It can be used with both paper and poly labels for both pick-up and overlap applications. This adhesive is recommended for labelers in roll-fed and magazine-fed systems, making it suitable for labeling carbonated and non-carbonated containers. Its clear, water-white adhesive is especially well-suited for cold container drinks where transparency is essential.

TECHNOMELT® 200F EASY-PAC is a light yellow, 100% solid adhesive designed for application at 200°F, enhancing safety and reducing energy costs. It boasts outstanding thermal stability to prevent char formation, reducing maintenance expenses and extending equipment lifespan. This product maintains a low odor for a more pleasant working environment.
