CILBOND® 24 is a high-performance, one-component solvent-based bonding agent crafted for use with NR (natural rubber), SBR (styrene butadiene rubber), CR (polychloroprene rubber), BR (butadiene rubber), and Vamac® compounds, enabling strong adhesion to both metal and plastic substrates. This versatile product is also designed as an effective post-vulcanizing (PV) bonding system. CILBOND® 36 is a one-component, non-toxic, ethanol-based bonding agent tailored for a range of elastomers. This fast-drying product forms a tough, chip-resistant, and non-blocking/tack-free coating. It is known for being non-staining and non-wiping, and it does not contribute to mold fouling, making it particularly suitable for injection molding processes. CILBOND® 48 is a fast-drying, one-component bonding agent designed for use with castable polyurethane elastomers as well as thermoplastic polyurethane elastomers (PUs and TPUs). This product is particularly well-suited for applications involving dynamic conditions where hydrolytic stability is a critical factor, demonstrating no failures in the cement-to-metal bond. CILBOND® 49SF is a one-component, solvent-based bonding agent specially formulated for use with castable polyurethane elastomers and thermoplastic polyurethane elastomers (PU and TPU). It boasts excellent resistance to both static and dynamic fatigue, ensuring durable bonds. This product bonds are capable of withstanding exposure to various fluids, including fuels, oils (including all types of lubricants), glycols, inks, lacquers, paints, and many cleaning solvents. It excels particularly in resisting aggressive solvents, making it a dependable choice for applications in challenging environments.

CILBOND® 80ET is a high-performance solvent-based cover-coat bonding agent specially designed for a broad spectrum of rubber compounds. It offers outstanding adhesion, particularly to RFL-treated fabrics. This makes it highly suitable for applications involving high-performance timing belts, hoses, and carriage belts, especially in demanding environments characterized by elevated temperatures and exposure to various fluids.

CILBOND® 89ET is a high-performance solvent-based bonding agent suitable for a wide variety of rubber compounds, whether through conventional molding or post-vulcanization techniques. It excels in forming strong rubber-to-rubber bonds, offering excellent tear resistance when molded using either conventional or post-vulcanization bonding methods. CILBOND® TC218 is a tack-coat adhesive specifically formulated for use in conjunction with cilbond rubber to metal bonding agents. This adhesive is well-suited for applying uncured rubber to vertical surfaces and is particularly advantageous in applications such as tank lining and vessel lining.
