ESTICHEM AC17107

ESTICHEM AC17107 is a very effective boron-free corrosion inhibitor for synthetic grinding fluids. The product contains AW additives, biocides, and defoamers. This is free of formaldehyde releasers. This product is slightly turbid and has a yellow, liquid appearance. It is designed for water-soluble, boron-free synthetic grinding fluids.

    AC 17107 is designed for watersoluble boron free synthetic grinding fluids. It can be blended with demineralised water at a rate of 50 wt.% to form a suitable concentrate. Solutions of such concentrates between 2-5% will be clear and stable with good air release. Foaming tendency will be low. Any remaining product residues will be dry, non sticky and easily reemulsifiable. The filterpaper chip-test (DIN 51 360-2) shows at 3% a corrosion rate = 0 in 180 ppm water hardness.
